India, to me, lives in fragments—of sound, scent, and memory. In my work, I try to gather those fragments: a bird call from a courtyard, a fading motif from a miniature, a half-remembered lullaby. These become portals into an India that exists both in recollection and in re-invention. In this body of work, I invite you on a Dreamwalk—a passage where memory, folk tale and wonder come together. Drawing on the colours of mango-skies, the breeze-whisper of shehnai, the free dance of birds, I’ve built landscapes that are both familiar and slightly whimsical.  Each piece begins with exploration—colour, shape, objects—then I layer in imagery rooted in folklore and miniature traditions. Animals and objects share the same space in a lyrical world. My hope is that you pause to wander. To imagine the story that happens next. How do you see your art fitting into the homes or lives of collectors who are just beginning their art journey? My work is rooted in folklore and colour, which are joyful, accessible, story-rich images. It’s an invitation to imagination.
